Hüsnü Ataman, has an associate degree in Culinary Arts from Anadolu University Open Education Faculty. He started his culinary career in 1991 in Petek Patisserie in Eskişehir and he respectively worked as chef in the departments of bakery products, patisserie and hotel patisserie. Currently, he is working as instructor and regional sales chef in IREKS firm which is one of the world’s leading brand of bread and pastry raw material producer. He organized fairs, trainings and seminars both in the country and abroad during more than 20 years. Also, he is working in executive positions in some regional associations like AGEB (Antalya Gastronomy and Educators Association). In the training kitchen which was created by KRISTAL Industry, he provides trainings for kitchen, pastry, bakery chefs and some universities including Akdeniz University, Akdeniz University Göynük Culinary Arts Vocational School, Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, Konya Necmettin Erbakan University, Isparta Süleyman Demirel University, Isparta Applied Sciences University Şarkikaraağaç Vocational School, Isparta Applied Sciences University Sütçüler Prof. Dr. Hasan Gürbüz Vocational School, Isparta Applied Sciences University Eğirdir Vocational School. In addition, Tourism Vocational High Schools and representatives of private sector are benefitting from these trainings.
