Galip Tunca ARKAN
Galip Tunca Arkan completed his undergraduate gastronomy education at Okan University in 2016. He worked in hotels such as Çırağan Palace and Raffles Hotel in Turkey and abroad in Sydney, Australia and worked as a flying chef in THY DO&CO. During the 2018-2019 academic year, he has worked at Okan University as a instructor chef in Gastronomy. In term of 2019-2020, he started to work for both practical and theoretical courses in the culinary department of Antalya Bilim University.
