You should pay attention to the following information while starting the internship;

  1. You need to contact the relevant institution/organization directly to determine where you want to do your internship. The institution where the internship will take place is determined by you. After contacting the appropriate institution / organization and receiving acceptance;

  2. You must fill the Internship Approval Form in the Vocational School Internship Forms section and have it approved by the relevant institution and your advisor. (A blue ink pen should be used)

  3. You must fill out and sign the Rules and Regulations Form in the Vocational School Internship Forms section. (Blue ink pen should be used)

  4. You must fill in and sign the internship application petition sample in the Vocational School internship forms section. (Blue ink pen should be used)

  5. You must fill in the SBS information form in the Vocational School internship forms section. (Please find attached)

If the internship commission finds it appropriate and you receive an insurance mail, you can start your internship.

The institution where you will do your internship will ask you for various documents (Insurance Initial Certificate, Health Screening results, etc.) to start your internship. You must submit these documents to the institution before starting to your internship.

Students are obliged to write an internship report describing the work they have done during the internship, day-to-day and/or in general. The Internship Report form is also available on the Vocational School website.

In addition to the occupational health and safety rules during the internship, take care to take the necessary precautions regarding the Covid-19 outbreak. In order for your insurance entry to be made, you must upload your documents at least 1 week before your internship starts. You must upload your documents completely. Public holidays should be excluded from internship days. You must complete 30 working days in your internship.

Saturdays can be included in the internship dates. Sundays are considered public holidays. The documents to be submitted after the internship must be submitted in the form and on the day notified by the internship commission.
