Prof.Dr. Fatma Hülya ŞİMGA

Vice Rector

Prof. Dr. Hülya ŞİMGA earned her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Boğaziçi University and her master’s and doctoral degrees from Duquesne University in the United States. She currently serves as Vice Rector at Antalya Bilim University. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Philosophical Association of Turkey and the Kuçuradi Philosophy and Human Rights Foundation, the Advisory Board of Sabancı University Gender and Women’s Studies Center for Excellence (SU Gender) as well as a member of the Committee on Gender Issues of the FISP (International Federation of Philosophical Societies). Her research focuses primarily on ethics, gender and women’s human rights
