Authority, Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Correspondence Office, which is working within the body of the General Secretariat, include:
- Ensuring that correspondences that are received or sent by the Rectorate are conveyed to the respondent, and preserved,
- Preparing the agenda for the meetings of the Board of Directors, Senate and the Board of Trustees; writing and preserving the decisions taken in these meetings and delivering them to related university units.
