Sefa ÇETİN

Sefa Çetin has, throughout his academic and administrative career, produced academic publications, book chapters, and scholarly papers on the transformation of public administration, strategic planning practices in the public sector, governance approaches in local government, and the management sciences, contributing to the literature in these fields.

He was engaged in public administration practice for many years, serving for more than 27 years as deputy governor and district governor (kaymakam) in various provinces and districts, where he gained significant field experience in central and local government practices, public administration reform processes, and the effective delivery of public services. Reflecting this experience in his academic work, he has conducted studies focusing on the relationship between the theory and practice of public administration, and has supervised graduate theses and taken part in various scholarly and public-institution projects.

He currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences at Antalya Bilim University, where he also teaches.
