Mission
The mission of the Department of Psychology is to be an academic department that prioritizes scientific rigor through its highly qualified academic staff representing all major subfields of psychology; to make meaningful contributions to both academia and society through research and practice grounded in scientific methods; and to adopt an approach that regards each individual’s phenomenological experience as a source of richness and supports not only professional development but also individuals’ self-awareness, critical and scientific thinking, creativity, and productivity.
Vision
Our vision is to become an accredited psychology department that embraces an educational approach open to innovation and continuous development, takes an entrepreneurial role in contributing to society through practice-oriented initiatives, and produces high-quality scientific research and publications that enhance its national and international recognition.
