Program Educational Objectives

PEO-1. To educate individuals who can effectively carry out tasks requiring professional occupational communication in a foreign language at national or international organizations operating in the tourism sector.

PEO-2. To educate individuals who can make professional contributions to the problem-solving, service and operations development, and decision-making processes of tourism businesses by making use of research findings and data analysis.

PEO-3. To educate individuals who can effectively use digital technologies and current management tools in tourism businesses, and who can make professional contributions to the improvement of business processes by utilizing these tools.

PEO-4. To educate individuals who can take responsibility in professional practices, decisions, and projects that observe ethical principles as well as environmental, economic, and social sustainability in the tourism sector.

PEO-5. To educate individuals who can undertake managerial, leadership, or entrepreneurial roles in tourism businesses in the processes of strategic decision-making, developing innovative practices, and generating solutions to problems encountered.

PEO-6. To educate individuals who can sustain their professional development in the tourism sector through lifelong learning activities such as in-service training, certificate programs, graduate education, and similar opportunities.
