IAED 2002 Site visit for design project -  Türkan Şoray Kültür Merkezi

On 24.02.2019, under the supervision of course instructors, Instructor Başak Karaduman and Research Assistant Yaren Şekerci, students of Interior Design Studio IV have visited Türkan Şoray Kültür Merkezi.

In this visit, students were expected to do an in-depth analysis of the context and the building of their given project. In order to do so, they sketched, took notes and photos, did detailed measurements and walked around the building.

During the site visit, instructors have reminded students about the required issues in a successful design survey. At the end of the visit, the approaches to connect the building and the context have been discussed.
