Zeynep Ayça TERZİOĞLU

Zeynep Ayça TERZİOĞLU graduated from the Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance, Faculty of Education, Eastern Mediterranean University, in 2014. She completed her first master’s degree in Psychological Counseling and Guidance at Akdeniz University in 2016, followed by a second master’s degree in Recreation at Akdeniz University in 2018. In 2019, she completed a non-thesis master’s degree in Public Law at Antalya Bilim University. She received her Ph.D. in Recreation from Akdeniz University in 2022. She has also completed specialized training in Aviation Psychology.

She currently serves as the Acting Director of the School of Civil Aviation at Antalya Bilim University and as the Head of the Flight Operations Management Program at the Vocational School. In addition, she serves as the Director of the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Application and Research Center.

Her primary research interests include mindfulness, mindfulness in sport, self-compassion, psychological well-being, psychological skills, and stress.
