An Inspiring Meeting with a Hospitality Leader
As part of the Hotel Operations Management course, our Tourism Management students had the pleasure of meeting a distinguished guest this week. Hakan Saatçıoğlu, President of POYD (Professional Hotel Managers Association) and Tourism Coordinator at Limak Hotels & Resorts, shared valuable insights from his 40+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. From Germany to the UK, and from international hotels to top positions in Turkey, Mr. Saatçıoğlu offered students a deep dive into hotel management, leadership, and the key elements of success in the industry.
