A research assistant, Batuhan GÜRS, from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, School of Tourism, Antalya Bilim University, has had his article titled “The impact of degenerative and regenerative business practices on consumer norms and preferences” published in the “Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services” (Q1, Impact Factor: 13.7) as the sole author.
The study examines how consumers' intentions to purchase environmentally friendly products differ in the context of regenerative and degenerative gastronomy businesses.
