Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to improve students’ English language skills and to provide them with basic communication skills related to the health field. Within the scope of the course, students are expected to develop their reading, listening, speaking and writing skills and gain awareness of using English in professional contexts.

English for Nursing 1 (Pearson), English for Nursing 1 (Oxford), English in Medicine 1, English Vocabulary in Use (Elementary), and additional materials provided by the instructor.
