Asst. Prof. Dr. Hatice Reyhan ÖZİYCİ from our Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts has joined the COST Action CA22134 - Sustainable Network for Agrofood Loss and Waste Prevention, Management, Quantification and Valorisation (FoodWaStop), which aims to prevent, manage, quantify, and valorize food industry losses and waste. Dr. ÖZİYCİ will be contributing within the working group focused on agrofood waste valorisation and a circular bio-economy.
