INTERNSHIP
ABU College of Tourism’s comprehensive internship program is one of the most important reasons our degree programs are unique and exceptional. Internships are a student’s gateway to the job market.
ABU College of Tourism has the only majors at International Antalya University that require internships for graduation.
In fact, ABU College of Tourism requires three – the sophomore Summer Internship, the Junior Summer Internship. Not only do the mandatory internships give our students a head start on their chosen career path, but they also demonstrate to prospective employers our students’ commitment and dedication to a specific career concentration.
The ABU College of Tourism internship program provides an integration of academic study with practical work experiences and on-the-job training. Practical experience is essential preparation for Tourism and Hospitality Management professionals. This is why supervised internships are part of every program study. Internship (paid or non-paid) assignments are chosen by students in consultation with faculty advisors in accordance with the student’s interests, abilities, and career objectives.
