Department of Architecture

The main objective of this course is to provide students with fundamental knowledge of different types of cultural heritage, to introduce methods for the conservation of historic environments such as monuments and sites, and to develop awareness of various approaches to the preservation and restoration of cultural heritage over time. The course also aims to strengthen students’ theoretical background by introducing modern conservation theory as well as international principles and doctrines of heritage conservation.

It includes violations of school integrity, but is not limited to cheating, plagiarism, but also handing over the work of others, using the work of a lecturer or someone else without permission. Any breach of integrity is a serious academic offense and is subject to disciplinary action.
