Tourism Studies Application and Research Center (TURAM) is an interdisciplinary research center operating to conduct scientific research in the field of tourism, produce knowledge, develop evidence-based solutions for problems and development areas in the field, and strengthen knowledge transfer between academia and the sector.

Our Fields of Activity

Our center carries out scientific research, education, and implementation within an integrated structure through its qualified academic staff, interdisciplinary research approach, Sensory Analysis Laboratory, and Culinary Training Kitchen. Through basic and applied research, national and international projects, scientific publications, educational activities, and strategic collaborations, it aims to contribute to the academic literature and support the development of science-based practices in the fields of tourism and gastronomy.
