Batuhan GÜRS

Batuhan GÜRS graduated from Gazi University Gastonomy and Culinary Arts Department in 2021 and started his master's degree at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University in 2021. Gürs, who is interested in various fields such as molecular gastronomy, farm to table, regionalism, seasonality, technology and gastronomy, works as a research assistant at Antalya Bilim University.
