Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oğuz Doğan is an academic specializing in Tourism Management and Gastronomy. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and his master’s and doctoral degrees in Tourism Management at Akdeniz University. He has continued his academic career at Antalya Bilim University, where he currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Tourism and teaches in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
His research interests include destination management, alternative tourism, gastronomy, and medical tourism. He has published numerous academic articles and book chapters and has presented at national and international conferences. His academic work focuses on topics such as digitalization in the tourism sector, tourist satisfaction, and gastronomy-themed recreational activities.
