Fulden OZKECECI graduated from Gulhane Military Medical Academy School of Nursing in 2011. She completed her master's and doctorate education at Health Sciences University, Health Sciences Institute, Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing. Between 2011-2019, she worked in various institutions as a clinical nurse, intensive care nurse, and school nurse. Between 2019-2024, she worked as a lecturer at Yuksek Ihtisas University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing, Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing. As of September 2024, she has been working as an Assistant Professor at Antalya Bilim University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing
