Hale Avşar graduated from Başkent University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2008. In 2010, she completed her master's program in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Başkent University and was entitled to receive the title of "Expert Dietitian". Continuing her academic career, she completed her doctorate education at the same university in 2017 and received the 'Dr. Received the title of 'Dietitian'. During her university education, she completed her Clinical Internship at Başkent University Hospital and SSK State Hospital Children's Department, and Institutional Internship at Yıldız Food Factory. She worked as a trainee dietitian at the Dietinfo Nutrition Education and Counseling Center. After her university education, she worked as a dietitian at Ankalife IVF Center and Joya Health and Life Club. Her undergraduate thesis was on 'Evaluation of the nutritional status of hemodialysis patients with and without Metabolic Syndrome'; She completed his master's thesis with his research on 'Determining the relationship between socioeconomic status and obesity'. She completed his doctoral thesis on 'Lifestyle change in prehypertensive patients and determination of the effect of DASH (Diet lowering blood pressure) diet'. In 2013, she was entitled to receive the HİS and WELLNESS Assistant Coach Certificate by participating in and successfully completing the trainings given by the Turkish Sports Federation for All, which is within the body of the Ministry of Sports. In 2014, she participated in and successfully completed the trainings given by the Gymnastics Federation and was entitled to receive a Pilates Instructor Certificate. She founded 'Get Fit by Hale Avşar' in 2014 and still continues to work. As of 2021, she continues to work as a assistant professor in Antalya Bilim University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics
