Merve SOLMAZ graduated from Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering in 2013 and master degree in Food Engineering at the same university in 2017. In the course of master’s degree she has studied about Extraction Technique, HPLC, (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and Drying Process. She worked for a Consultant Firm oriented – AB (European Union) for preparation of Project as Project Manager. She is currently studying for her doctorate programme at department of Gastronomoy and Culinary Arts at Akdeniz University. Her current interests are in Food Chemistry and Functional Foods.
