Assistant Professor Dr. Raziye Hale Topaloğlu obtained her bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering from Aksaray University in 2012, followed by her master's degree at the same university in 2014. In 2022, she earned her Ph.D. in Geomatics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Throughout her academic career, she worked as a research assistant at Aksaray University, Istanbul Technical University, and Gümüşhane University between 2013 and 2018. Then served as a lecturer at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University from 2018 to 2020. She continued her studies as a postdoctoral researcher at Yıldız Technical University between 2022 and 2023. Following this postdoctoral period, she spent three months as a visiting researcher at Pascal Paoli University in Corsica, gaining international academic experience.

Her research analyzes urban areas using satellite imagery, monitoring land cover/land use changes, artificial intelligence-based cultural heritage damage assessment, and hydrological analyses. During her master's and doctoral studies, she participated in TÜBİTAK and ITU-BAP projects as a researcher and scholarship recipient. She has also published several scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Topaloğlu continues her academic work in the Department of Computer Technologies at the Vocational School of Antalya Bilim University. Additionally, she serves as the head of the Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems Laboratory at the university, where she develops innovative projects and conducts scientific research.
