Mine ORUÇ graduated from Afyon Kocatepe University, School of Health, Department of Nursing in 2012 with a certificate of honor. After graduation, she worked as a nurse at Antalya Training and Research Hospital between 2013-2022. She completed her master's degree in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing at Akdeniz University Health Sciences Institute in 2018. She completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing at Akdeniz University Health Sciences Institute in 2023. During her education, she worked on women's health, pregnancy and postpartum period. Between March 2022 and September 2023, she worked as an Instructor at Antalya Bilim University Vocational School of Health Services. As of September 2023, at Antalya Bilim University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Midwifery Department Assistant professor doctor.
