Dear Students,
Click here for The Erasmus Study Mobility application and placement results. Placements have been finalized in accordance with the determined criteria and quotas (a total of 4 students).
Please carefully review the following points:
- Students will carry out their mobility during the Fall and Spring Semesters of the 2026–2027 Academic Year.
- Students who are entitled to receive Erasmus grants are listed as “Selected”, while students on the reserve list are indicated as “Back-Up List”.
- Due to the requirement of countries for applicants to hold a residence permit valid for at least 6 months during the visa application process, and because first semester visa applications were rejected, all international students have been placed in the Spring semester regardless of their preferences.
- Students on the reserve list cannot participate in the program without a grant.
- Students have been placed according to the universities listed in their preference forms.
- The Erasmus Study Mobility Information Meeting will be held on 5 June 2026 between 20:30–21:30. The meeting link will be shared later via e-mail. Detailed information regarding the process will be provided and your questions will be answered during the meeting.
- Students who have been selected as principal candidates but wish to withdraw from the program must notify the Erasmus Coordination Office by Monday, 25 May 2026, at 17:30. Otherwise, if they withdraw later without a force majeure reason, 10 points will be deducted from their total score in their next Erasmus application.
- Students’ information will be sent to the host universities by the Erasmus Office.
- The results will also be published on the university website.
