Dear Students,

Click here for the Erasmus Traineeship Mobility application and placement results, calculated after incorporating the English exam results administered by the School of Foreign Languages on May 8, 2026, together with the other evaluation criteria into the final assessment.Placements have been finalized in accordance with the determined evaluation criteria and quotas (a total of 12 students).

Please carefully review the following points:

  1. Students will carry out their mobility during the Summer Term of the 2025–2026 Academic Year. However, students who are not required to physically attend classes (recent graduates — within 12 months after graduation — and graduate students who have completed their coursework period) may complete their mobility at any suitable date until 31 July 2027.
  2. Students who are entitled to receive Erasmus grants are listed as “Selected”, while students on the reserve list are indicated as “Back Up List”.
  3. Students on the reserve list who wish to participate in the Erasmus mobility program without a grant must notify the Erasmus Office via e-mail.
  4. Associate and undergraduate students who received a score of 50 or above in the English language exam have been evaluated.
  5. Graduate students who received a score of 60 or above in the English language exam have been evaluated.
  6. Students listed who did not participate in the Erasmus English exam have valid YÖKDİL / YDS exam results which were taken into consideration.
  7. Students who previously benefited from the Erasmus mobility program and withdrew from their mobility without a force majeure reason outside the specified dates received a point deduction. Detailed information is provided in the lists.
  8. The Erasmus Internship Information Meeting will be held on Thursday, 4 June 2026, between 20:30–21:30. The meeting link will be shared later. Detailed information regarding the process will be provided and your questions will be answered during the meeting.
  9. Students who have been selected as principal candidates but wish to withdraw from the program must notify the Erasmus Coordination Office by Friday, 24 May 2026, at 17:30. Otherwise, if they withdraw later without a force majeure reason, 10 points will be deducted from their total score in their next Erasmus application.
  10. Students who are eligible for the Erasmus internship program and already have an invitation/acceptance letter may directly begin their procedures.

If students on the principal list fail to submit their invitation/acceptance letters, their rights will be transferred to reserve list students who submit invitation/acceptance letters, based on the ranking order.

Students are required to comply with the following deadlines:

• Deadline for principal students to submit invitation/acceptance letters: 14.06.2026 – 17:30
• Deadline for reserve list students to submit invitation/acceptance letters: 19.06.2026 – 17:30

If principal students fail to submit their invitation letters, placements will first be made among reserve students from the same faculty who submit invitation letters within the specified deadlines.

If there are still insufficient invitation letters from reserve students and the quota of 12 students cannot be filled, students from the overall ranking list who submit invitation letters will be selected according to their ranking scores until the remaining quota is filled.

The final deadline for submitting invitation/acceptance letters for the overall list evaluation is Friday, 26.06.2026 at 17:30.

  1. Students are required to physically be in Antalya during the academic semester. Therefore, internship mobilities planned for the summer period must be completed in a way that will not create problems regarding courses during the 2026–2027 Academic Year.
  2. The internship duration must be at least 60 days. Internships shorter than 60 days will not be accepted, and the entire grant received will be reclaimed.
