Sevgili Öğrencilerimiz,

 

Erasmus Koordinatörlüğü tarafından, 26 Şubat Cuma günü, 21.00-22.00 saatleri arasında “Microsoft Teams’de”  çevirimiçi gerçekleştirilecek olan "Motivasyon/Yazısı Mektubu Hazırlama Eğitimi" toplantısına hepiniz davetlisiniz. Özellikle Erasmus+ Staj Değişim Programından yararlanacak ve yararlanmayı düşünen öğrencilerin, kabul mektubu alma sürecinde motivasyon yazılarının nasıl hazırlanması gerektiği ile ilgili önemli bilgiler paylaşılacaktır. Yayından sonra, katılımcıların maillerine, isimlerinin yer alacağı katılım sertifikası gönderilecektir. Öncelikle seminerimize katılmak için aşağıda yer alan linkteki başvuru formunu doldurmanız gerekmektedir.

Europass Çevrimiçi aracı, Europass CV ile birlikte sunulan niyet mektubu aracılığıyla, bireylerin olası işverenlerine kendilerini daha açıklayıcı bir şekilde sunmalarına yardımcı olmaktadır. Hangi yurt dışı programından faydalanmayı düşünüyorsanız, yolun başı motivasyon mektubu ile kesişiyor. Gerek Erasmus staj programı, üniversite, master, gerek gönüllülük projeleri (Avrupa Dayanışma Programı) bir şekilde bu aşamayı halletmeniz gerekiyor.

Avrupa çapında uluslararası olarak anlaşılan bir  CV olan Europass, Avrupa'daki iş arayanları aynı formatı, yapıyı ve düzeni kullanarak sunmaya çalışmaktadır. Europass sadece bir CV'den ibaret değildir ve birçoğu Europass sistemi ve yapısına aşina olduğu için potansiyel işverenlere karmaşık olmayan bir şekilde sunabileceğiniz kişisel profil klasörü oluşturmanın yararlı bir yoludur. Europass CV ve  Motivasyon mektubu, Avrupa içinde yabancı bir ülkede iş başvurusunda bulunmak isteyen ve belirli bir ülkenin CV ve  Motivasyon mektubu şartlarından tam olarak emin ve bilgisi olmayan iş arayanların ilgisini çekmektedir.

You are all invited to the " Motivation/Cover Letter Preparation Meeting” online information meeting that will be held by Erasmus Office on 26th of February, Friday,

 

between 21.00-22.00 in Microsoft Teams. In particular, important information about how to prepare the Motivation/Cover Letter will be shared in the process of receiving the

 

acceptance/invitation letter for the students who will benefit from the Erasmus + Internship Mobility Program. After the meeting, Certificate of Participation will be sent to

 

the mails of the participants.

The Europass Online tool helps individuals to present themselves to their prospective employers in a more descriptive way through the letter of intent provided with the

 

Europass CV and Cover/ Motivation Letter. Whichever overseas program you plan to benefit from, the beginning of the road intersects with the letter of motivation. Erasmus,

 

university, master, and volunteerism projects (European Solidarity Program) should somehow take care of this stage. An European CV which is understood internationally

 

throughout Europe, Europass seeks to present jobseekers in Europe using the same format, structure and layout. The Europass is composed of more than just a CV and is a

 

helpful way of creating a personal profile folder which you can present to prospective employers in an uncomplicated way, as many are familiar with the Europass system and

 

structure. The Europass CV and Cover/Motivation letter may be of interest to jobseekers who wish to apply for a job in a foreign country within Europe and are not quite sure

 

of the CV and Cover/Motivation letter requirements for the specific country.
