Erasmus+ KA103 Staff Mobility for Teaching and Training Assignments is a fully funded mobility activity that allows academic and administrative staff of a Higher Education Institution (HEI) to teach carry joint academic/educational activities at a partner HEI in the program countries around the globe. Erasmus+ KA103 Staff Mobility for Teaching and training assignments might include a variety of activities such as lecturing, hands-on teaching activities, giving a seminar and organizing a workshop.

 

The Program for teaching mobility budget can only be used for mobility to the partner universities in the list specific to this call. Funding cannot be provided for mobility towards universities other than those in the attached list. For training mobility, budget can be used for any universities or companies.

 

 

1. Selection Criteria:

 

Application score; +40,

Those who have not previously benefited from the mobility programs;+20,

Disabled staff (must be certificated);+10

Veterans, and the spouses and children of veterans and martyrs; +10

Those who has benefited from the mobility programs in last 3 academic year: (in ABU);-40,

Erasmus Departmental Coordinator; +10,

If those has an acceptance/invitation letter; +10,

Those who were previously selected for mobility, but did not benefit from the mobility without force majeure, will not be prioritized;-10

Staff that contributed to signing of Erasmus agreement;+10,

Language score; %30

 

The final score will be determined according to the above criteria.

 

 

The activity must take place until 24 May 2020.

 

2. Erasmus+ Funding Amounts

 

 

2.1. Travel Amount by Distance

In addition to these daily grants, participants will receive a travel support as well. The travel amount is calculated by using the “Distance Calculator” below:

The distance calculator is used to determine the distance between the location where the staff is residing and the place of activity. The kilometers in distance calculated by the distance calculator corresponds to the round-trip and the amount does not get multiplied two.

 

 

3. Additional Grant for Disabled Participants

For disabled participants, it is possible to receive additional grants to meet their specific needs. In order for the disabled staff to be given additional grants, the beneficiary higher education institution is required to request additional grants from the Turkish National Agency. The applications for additional grants should be made during the term of the contract, but in any case up to 60 days before the contract end date. The Turkish National Agency will evaluate each application specifically and determine whether the additional grant can be granted, and if so, the appropriate grant amount. 4. Erasmus Staff Mobility without Grant (Zero-Grant)

It is possible to participate in Erasmus staff mobility programme without a grant. Those staff members who would like to participate in the programme without a grant need to submit an application and their applications need to be evaluated along with all the others. Those participants with zero grant also have to fulfill rights and obligations of the program.

 

2019-2020 Erasmus Training and Teaching Staff Mobility Results

Documents to be requested to mobility:

1. Invitation Letter/ Acceptance Letter,

2. Activity work plan- Teaching or Training Mobility, (academicians should have at least 8 hours of activity)

3. Letter of assignment,

4. Grant Agreement (to be signed by Erasmus Institutional Coordinator) Please complete this document, 2 weeks before your departure. Otherwise, the grant payment may be delayed.

4- Euro account to be opened from any branch of Deniz Bank, IBAN information, branch information will be delivered to office,

5-The payments of the beneficiaries will be made in two installments: 80% (before the mobility) and 20% (after the mobility). (Activity: There will be 3 days of activity and 1 day of travel and the grant will be paid as 3 days and travel expenses.)

Administrative staff can benefit from the program in any universities and companies and countries but academicians are supposed to benefit in the universities which have an Erasmus Agreement with Antalya Bilim University.

The beneficiaries who will participate in the mobility can get the promotional materials from Erasmus Office that may be needed to promote our university in the institutions they will go to.

Candidates who have not started the activity without a valid excuse will be deemed to have given up their mobility even though the date of the activity is due.

All activities must be completed by 24 May 2020 at the latest and return documents and final reports must be submitted by 10 June 2020.
