Prior the Internship and Shadowing Management Week, we organized an event that will help our students make a difference in CV preparation and job interviews as they step into the business world.

In our event titled "How Is My CV Evaluated?", our academicians and sector representatives, who are experts in their fields, came together with our students. At the event, Instructor Onur Seval, as the Alumni Office and Career Development Coordinator, provided guidance to our students on career planning and development. Asso. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bahar gave information about POYD and Management Trainee Program. Assist. Prof. Dr. Demet Ceylan gave information about the Shadowing Management course and shared important points and tips to be considered during job interviews with the students based on her previous years of experience. Our guest speakers Tanja Güler (Corendon Airlines Human Resources Manager) and Demet Baydar Baykal (TUI Magic Life Human Resources Manager) shared their experiences and knowledge on how CVs are evaluated from the perspective of industry professionals and what our students should pay attention to in job interviews and internship applications at the meeting moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gözdegül Başer.
