Introduction to Economics II

Course Objectives
The aim of this course is to introduce students to fundamental macroeconomic concepts and analytical tools; to explain key indicators such as national income, inflation, unemployment, and economic growth; and to develop students’ ability to analyze the effects of monetary and fiscal policies and interpret current macroeconomic developments.

Academic Integrity and Artificial Intelligence
Academic integrity is a fundamental principle of this course. Students are expected to produce their own work in all academic activities (exams, assignments, projects, etc.). Plagiarism, cheating, unauthorized collaboration, and misrepresentation are considered violations of academic ethics and are subject to disciplinary procedures.The use of artificial intelligence tools is permitted only when explicitly authorized by the instructor and within specified limits. Students must clearly disclose the purpose and extent of any AI use in their work. Using AI as a substitute for one’s own work constitutes a violation of academic integrity.
