ABU ICE Energy at the CBL Antalya Tournament

As Antalya Bilim University, we participated in the CBL Antalya Tournament, one of the prominent corporate basketball league events in Turkey, under the umbrella of ABU-ICE (International Cooperative Education). The ABU-ICE team, taking part in the tournament under the coordination of the Cooperative Education Coordination Office, brought value to the event with its sense of teamwork, competitive spirit and fair-play approach.

Throughout the tournament, our team stood out not only for its performance but also for its stance that combined discipline, cooperation and sportsmanship. Our team’s participation in the tournament brought together its business-integrated learning approach and the unifying language of sports, making its mark as a meaningful gathering strengthening inter-institutional interactions.

Commenting on the event, Rector Prof. Dr. Semih EKERCİN stated that, “As we prepare our students and graduates for the business world with the ABU-ICE model, we also foster values such as teamwork, discipline and cooperation. The spirit shown on the court clearly represented the cooperative education vision and institutional dynamism of our university.”
