DEPARTMENT OF ARCHITECTURE 4TH GRADE STUDENTS’ TRIP TO AKSEKİ IN ARC 461 CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION PROJECT AND ARC 4653 VERNACULAR ARCHITECTURE IN ANATOLIA COURSES

Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture, Department of Architecture 4th Grade students, within the scope of ARC 461 Conservation and Restoration and ARC 4653 Vernacular Architecture in Anatolia courses, visited  Akseki under the supervision of the instructors Prof. Dr. Ayşe Sağsöz, Asst. Prof. Dr. A. Esin Kuleli, Res. Asst. Esin Bölükbaş Dayı and Res. Asst. Selin Akdeğirmen Ercan. During the trip, our students were informed by Arch. Eyyüp Doğan from Akseki Municipality Plan and Project Directorate and the headman of Belenalan Village. Our students will prepare restitution and restoration projects of the buildings, by updating their previous measured drawings, in the second phase of the survey works for the buildings that need to be preserved in the village, they started in 2017-2018 spring semester.
