DIGIBOOST Project Workshop Held in Antalya

The workshop organized as part of the DIGIBOOST project, coordinated by Dr. Melike Çetin from the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and supported by Assoc. Prof. Kemal Erkişi, took place at Antalya Bilim University from September 3-5, 2024. The workshop marked significant steps towards advancing digital entrepreneurship education. Hosted by Antalya Bilim University and supported by Atabey Public Education Center, the event brought together international partners from Slovenia, Spain, Italy, and Lithuania.

The workshop focused on developing a digital entrepreneurship curriculum tailored for rural areas. Participants exchanged ideas with experts from various disciplines to create an innovative and sustainable curriculum that meets the needs of rural regions. The partners worked on strategies to strengthen digital entrepreneurship education for rural development and discussed practical solutions.

The event fostered knowledge sharing and collaboration among participants. Concrete steps were taken to explore how digital tools can enhance the entrepreneurial potential in rural areas. This successful workshop was recognized as a crucial phase of the DIGIBOOST project, aimed at accelerating digital transformation in rural regions and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship.
