Antalya Bilim University not only provides its students with academic knowledge, but also aims to introduce them to the dynamics of the business world. Fettah Tamince, a leading figure in the business world and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of our university, was the first guest of the “Inspirational Talks” series that are organized in line with this vision.
Following the opening speech of our Rector, Prof. Dr. Semih EKERCİN, the event started with significant interest and participation from our students under the moderation of Asst. Prof. Demet CEYLAN.
Enriched with the presence of esteemed guests such as Levent Erden, an academic and the founder of Next Academy who has worked as a senior executive in numerous prestigious companies, and Menderes Mehmet Tevfik TÜREL, the former Mayor of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality and the Acting President of the Founding Board of Management of our university, the event provided a platform for Mr. TAMİNCE to share his experiences and achievements with our students and provide them with important insights for their future careers.

Expressing his desire to see the graduates of Antalya Bilim University in the best positions, Mr. TAMİNCE stated that he feels proud whenever he comes across one of our alumni in the business world. He also talked about the changes brought about in business life by the emergence of communication and transportation technologies and added that, “We can now sell our products or services using the power of communication tools.”
Mr. TAMİNCE referred to the concept of “second belonging” and explained how this type of belonging affects the perspective and professional journey of an individual. He particularly emphasized the significance of social networks and collaborations to attain success in business life.
An Interactive Experience
The students had the opportunity to direct their questions to Mr. TAMİNCE throughout the session. Thanks to the interactive nature of the event, they both had an inspiring experience and gained invaluable insights into the business world.
After the session, the students stated that they find such events beneficial and expressed their desire for these events to continue in the future.
