At Antalya Bilim University, Department of Psychology, a children’s book exhibition titled “From Developmental Psychology Theories to Stories” was held as part of the Developmental Psychology course taught by Assistant Professor Demet Kara.
Throughout the course, students transformed theoretical knowledge from developmental psychology into stories designed for children. During the exhibition, both these books and the accompanying academic posters were presented. Students introduced their work by reading short excerpts from their books and explaining the developmental principles behind their stories.
The event also provided an opportunity for attendees to interact with students and ask questions. The projects demonstrated how theoretical knowledge can be translated into creative outputs, highlighting the practical dimension of the course.
Conducted under the guidance of Assistant Professor Demet Kara, this process offered students both an educational and enjoyable experience. We would like to thank our instructor and all the students who contributed with great effort and shared their work.
