SEPAM Panel entitled “Unpacking the US in an Age of Uncertainty” was held on the 20th March 2025 at the ABU Conference Hall. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ceren Uysal Oğuz from Akdeniz University and Prof. Dr. Ali Şevket Ovalı from Dokuz Eylül University were the speakers in the panel, which was moderated by Assist. Prof. Dr. B. Toygar Halistoprak from Antalya Bilim University, Department of Political Science and International Relations. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ceren Uysal Oğuz highlighted the significant aspects of the USA President Donald Trump’s second term presidency in her speech entitled “Trump 2.0: A New Climate of Crisis and Uncertainty?”. Prof. Dr. Ali Şevket Ovalı made a comparison of past and current relations between USA and Türkiye in his speech entitled “Change and Continuity in US-Türkiye Relations”.
