Success of Asst. Prof. Dr. Hatice Reyhan ÖZİYCİ

The manuscript titled "Influence of solvent type and leaf moisture on extraction efficiency of major steviol glycosides in stevia (var. Levent 93) plant", prepared by Asst. Prof. Dr. Hatice Reyhan ÖZİYCİ (Academician of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts) together with the academicians of Akdeniz University, Department of Food Engineering, was accepted for publication in Acta Alimentaria: An International Journal of Food Science journal (SCIE, Q4).
