Under the coordination of Akdeniz University, and in partnership with Antalya Bilim University and Güney Agripark Agricultural Research Ltd., the project titled "Determining the Effectiveness of the Fractional Distillation Model in the Isolation of Natural Aroma Compounds from the Vegetative Parts of Tomato Plants After Harvest" has been granted support under the TÜBİTAK 2515 COST Action Members R&D Support Program.
On behalf of Antalya Bilim University, the project will be carried out by Asst. Prof. Dr. Hatice Reyhan ÖZİYCİ from the Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
