Asst. Prof. Dr. Hatice Reyhan ÖZİYCİ, from the Faculty of Tourism, Dept. of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts came together with women's cooperatives and entrepreneurs operating in Antalya at the invitation of the Antalya Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry. At the meeting, our faculty member presented the participants a training about “Basic Principles of Fruits and Vegetables”. Later, the participants got solutions from Dr. ÖZİYCİ about the drying problems they encountered in their businesses.
