Course Objectives

The Construction Management course aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge and practical skills related to the planning, scheduling, organization, and control of construction projects. The course focuses on project management principles, resource allocation, cost estimation, quality control, safety management, and effective communication within construction operations. It also aims to develop students’ abilities to apply modern management techniques and decision-making strategies to ensure successful project completion within specified time, cost, and quality requirements.
