Excursion to Antalya Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Hall

As part of the Agricultural Production course, on March 19th, 2019, students from our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department visited Antalya Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Hall.  The aim of this excursion was to familiarize students with the processes and deals between the suppliers and restaurants/hotels and to obtain information how to choose a good supplier.  For this purpose, students talked to different suppliers operating both in and outside the Hall.
