Welcome to Antalya Bilim University, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design. Being an interior architect is exciting and challenging, because design of interior spaces directly affects human life. Today, interior architecture is a necessity. It helps to protect the environment, natural and human resources, and make the world a better place in which to live and work. Our program provides a balance between theory and practice and encourage students to be critical thinkers and create spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Our vision is preparing professionals who are committed, have deep content knowledge, demonstrate strong working ethics, realize environmental and social issues of the society and are aware of technological developments. Our mission is to provide an educational framework that engage students with current challenges in the market and involve them in cross-disciplinary works to deals with real design problems.

We expect our students to graduate with an entrepreneurial spirit and with a passion for embracing industry challenges. Lastly, our department maintains a positive atmosphere with an emphasis on the positive relationships between our academic staff and our students.
