ABU Management Shadowing Program: Shaping the Future Leaders of Tourism Together

Celebrating the 10th year of the Shadow Manager Program, a joint initiative of Antalya Bilim University Faculty of Tourism and TURAM, we have further strengthened our collaboration with The Land of Legends Theme Park, The Kingdom and Nickelodeon Hotels and renewed the Shadow Manager Protocol. Cluster General Manager Semih Elbaba, Antalya Bilim University School of Tourism Dean Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yazıcı, ABU Rector Prof. Dr. Semih Ekercin, and School of Tourism academic and Director of the School of Foreign Languages Dr. Demet Ceylan emphasized that the Shadow Manager Program which significantly enhances university industry cooperation and enables students to gain managerial-level experience before graduation stands out as a successful and effective best practice in cultivating the tourism leaders of the future.
