Engin Arslan received his BS degrees in Physics engineering from Hacettepe University in 1995, his MS degree in in Physics (1997, Hacettepe University), and his PhD degree in solid state physics (2005, Hacettepe University). The postdoct studies were done at the Nanotechnology Research Center (NANOTAM) at Bilkent University. He is currently a professor in the Department of Electrical-Electronics Engineering at Antalya his Bilim University and a senior research scientist at Nanotechnology Research Center (NANOTAM) at Bilkent University. His research interests include GaN-based materials, graphene and 2-dimesional transition metal chalcogenides materials and devices applications of this materials. The postdoc studies mostly include MOCVD growth of the GaN-based HEMT, solar cell and LED structures and the devices fabrication.
