Organizational Behavior

Course Objectives

The objective of this course is to introduce the fundamental concepts of Organizational Behavior (OB) and to enable students to understand behaviors at both the individual and group levels. The course aims to develop students' skills in analyzing human behavior, interpreting attitudes and behaviors in the workplace, and grasping core concepts aimed at increasing organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, the course intends for students to understand the importance of the human factor in management processes and to relate core theories of organizational behavior to practical applications.
