Course Objectives

Amaç; öğrencilerin en erken dönemlerden orta çağa ve modern döneme kadar insan gıdasının kökenlerini anlamalarını, ayrıca beslenme alışkanlıklarımızın ve yemek hazırlama tekniklerimizin nasıl evrimleştiğini kavramalarını sağlamaktır. Dersin sonunda öğrenciler, gıdanın evriminin küresel dinamiklerle (sorunlar, süreçler ve trendler) nasıl ilişkili olduğunu gösterebileceklerdir.
