Our mission is to protect, improve and develop public health with adequate and balanced nutrition throughout the individual’s life, as well as working to increase the quality of life; it is also our mission to train highly qualified dieticians who work in compliance with international standards, universal thoughts and values, and respect the national and global culture, adhering to the principles and revolutions of Atatürk. We strive to provide education, research and consultancy services based on technology at an international standard and to be pioneers in the field of nutrition and dietetics in the determination of social health policies.

Vision

Our vision is to be a leading department in the field of nutrition and dietetics, to be nationally and internationally recognized, taking a lead role in the determination of social health policies. In addition, it is our vision to carry out research and produce publications that will contribute to the healthy development of society; the scientific endeavors and consultancy services of our graduates will make significant contributions to the field of nutrition and dietetics.
