A specialized cheese and wine pairing workshop was organized in collaboration with Likya Winery, one of Türkiye's prominent viticultural producers, to examine the gastronomic harmony between these two ancient culinary traditions. The session commenced with a comprehensive presentation detailing the sensory principles and palate dynamics governing artisanal cheese and wine pairing. Following the theoretical instruction, students participated in an experiential sensory evaluation, pairing diverse cheese profiles with selected fine wines from Likya Winery to observe optimal pairing methodologies in practice.
