Chef Muzaffer Avcı joined our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students in the Antalya Bilim University (ABU) gastronomy training kitchen to prepare a diverse selection of cheese-centered recipes, ranging from traditional Kuymak (Mıhlama) to artisanal cheese pastas.
