Within the scope of this event, our students had the opportunity to learn firsthand from the restaurant’s expert chef the culinary nuances, historical background, and cultural significance of making mold-ripened cheese 'yağ somunu'. This visit allowed our students both to discover new flavors and to consolidate their knowledge of the gastronomy world.
